mozc-utils-gui software package provides GUI utilities of the Mozc input method, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mozc-utils-gui
mozc-utils-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mozc-utils-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mozc-utils-gui *
You will get with mozc-utils-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
